Training contract with The School of Calmology.

All of our courses hold individual trademarks and are protected by copyright law.
All rights reserved.

1. Ownership
All site and training materials (the “Materials”) are owned by The School of Calmology and are protected by UK and EU copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks
Baby Reflex, Toddler Reflex, Baby Reflexage, The School of Calmology, Calmology Concept, and their respective designs and/or logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of The School of Calmology and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

3. Use of Materials
I understand that I must not reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit the Materials in any form or by any means—including electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise—without prior written permission from The School of Calmology or the respective intellectual property owner.

Any other use of the Materials (including any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, display, or performance) without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Attribution
When referencing course content (e.g., text, images, or concepts) on social media or websites, appropriate credit must be given to The School of Calmology or the relevant course (e.g., Baby Reflex).

Use of our logos to promote your certified training is permitted, provided they are not altered and comply with our branding guidelines.

5. Scope of Qualification
I accept that my qualification allows me to provide one-to-one treatments (subject to holding a reflexology or massage diploma) and to teach parents, guardians, and grandparents.

I understand that I am not qualified to teach other practitioners these techniques.

I accept that any breach of these terms would constitute an infringement of The School of Calmology’s copyright and intellectual property, and a breach of my contract. I understand that legal action may be taken in the event of infringement.

By signing or electronically agreeing to these terms, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above conditions.
