The School of Calmology is one of the UK's leading providers of Baby Reflexology Training. Our courses are designed specifically for reflexologists & childcare professionals who want to work with babies and young children, combining reflexology, gentle movement, and nervous system understanding. Graduates leave confident not only in techniques, but in guiding parents and building their own baby reflexology & baby massage practice.
What We Do
We are an accredited training provider delivering CPD-approved courses for qualified reflexologists, childcare professionals, and practitioners wishing to support babies, children, and families through gentle touch, movement, and reflexology inspired techniques. Our training includes Baby Reflexology, Toddler Reflexology, Baby Massage, Calmology Touch Techniques, and Primitive Reflex Education - combining professional learning with practical, nurturing approaches that can be confidently used in real-life settings.
We are fully CPD Approved & accreditated by the Association of Reflexologists.
About Us
At The School of Calmology, we are passionate about supporting the mental and physical well-being of babies, children, and adults through our online and in-person courses. Our baby reflexology training is rooted in one of the UK's earliest courses, created in 2005 by Jenny Lee, a pioneer in teaching reflexology for babies.
Our courses are led by Emma Baxter, with a background in intensive care nursing and Katie Gunn with a background in Learning & Development facilitation. Both Emma and Katie are qualified reflexologists and complementary therapists and have a combined experience of 34 years working in this field.
We offer a range of courses including baby massage instructor training, baby & toddler reflexology instructor course and the Calmology Concept, a new an innovative course aimed for Key Stage 1 (coming soon).
